Indexing issue with Symphony User Database

Good morning.
 
Yesterday, Learning Link cards were successfully updated to ensure that they do not expire as long as the students are enrolled in HISD.  One of re-indexing reports that was needed did not complete, though, so you may experience problems searching for some accounts using the name index today.  These indexing problems should not affect your ability to look an account up by card number.  We expect the indexing issue to be resolved by tomorrow.
