Good Afternoon,
Please make sure when converting RFID tags for the DVD’s that
you use the CD/CD ROM setting on the conversion station.
If you use the video setting, it will tag them in a way that
will make it difficult to be checked out on the automated checkout machines.
If you feel as though you have some on the shelves that may
have been tagged incorrectly, please go through and check them with the
conversion station software.
Let staff know so that they will tag them correctly moving
forward.
